.If fostering for Balto & Co Rescue, you will be required to update us regularly, We will do welfare checks to make sure there are no issues and the dog is settling and to ensure we have a proactive contact with you so that you feel we are on hand whenever there is an issue. f When our dogs go into foster care they remain Baltos Dog Rescue dogs and should any issues arise where we feel the dog is not being looked after or in danger, we reserve the right to remove that dog immediately. When a dog goes to the adoptive home, a 4-6 week trial is given with the dog, at which the adoption fee will be due at the end of the trial if everything is going well. Once adopted the dog will remain under the rescue for life and should the dog need rehoming that will be done by the rescue. We will remain there to help for the life of the dog
