Say hi to our gorgeous Georgie. We are honestly baffled as to why she has been with us at the shelter for so long. Georgie has it all: stunning looks, unique charm and a readiness to explore the world out there! Georgie is such a good-natured girl. Whenever we come into her enclosure she loves coming up for cuddles – happy to share them with her best dog friend Dave. She gets especially excited if we bring anything fun with us – like tools, blankets or fresh straw. Georgie loves inspecting new things, trying to figure out if anything is worth stealing when we're not looking (as if we would ever say no to her anyways). Whenever repairs or little building projects happen Georgie loves being a part of the work, conveniently putting herself right in the middle of whatever work needs doing. You can just tell she is bored by shelter life and has so much spirit left in her to see what else she could be doing! Despite all of this Georgie is not a clingy or demanding dog. She loves being a part of things, sure, but she also happily accepts when it is time for us to actually get on with the work or pay attention to the other dogs she's living with. Georgie will go nap in her favourite grassy spot until it is her turn again. When we're not around to provide entertainment Georgie also enjoys a good play-session or run-around with her doggy friends. She is happily living with both male and female dogs. In a perfect world Georgie would find a home together with her best friend Dave. However since we try to be realistic Georgie can also be adopted by herself. Just putting the thought out there for anyone interested in adopting a pair. .. All in all we can honestly say that there's nothing negative to be said about our sweet Georgie.
